What data is processed
Local on-device data
- Shift records, settings, local backups, and exported files you create.
- Notification/widget configuration needed for app functionality.
- Optional location geofencing settings used for location auto punch (if enabled by you).
Third-party service processing
- Firebase Analytics for product usage events and app-level analytics properties.
- Firebase Remote Config for runtime app configuration values.
- RevenueCat and app stores for purchase/subscription status handling.
How data is used
- Run core shift-tracking and payroll estimate features.
- Save settings and support reminders/widget behavior.
- Run optional geofence enter/exit checks for location auto punch when enabled by you.
- Generate and share exports when requested by you.
- Improve app quality and support purchases/restoration.
Location permissions and control
Location access is optional and user-controlled. The app requests location permissions only for geofencing-based auto punch features that you turn on.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be shared with service providers used by the app (Firebase, RevenueCat, platform stores), and with destinations you choose when sharing exported files.
Retention and deletion
- Local data remains until edited/deleted by you, app storage is cleared, or uninstall.
- Automatic backups are kept in a limited on-device rolling set.
- Third-party retention follows provider policies.
