This Privacy Policy explains how DanTechStudio handles information when you use Ultimate Work Hours Tracker (the "App"). It is written to support Apple App Store privacy review expectations, Google Play disclosure requirements, and users on both Apple and Android devices.

1. Summary
- The App does not require an account for core shift-tracking use.
- Most work-hour records, settings, backups, and exports are stored locally on your device.
- The App uses third-party services for analytics, remote configuration, purchases, subscriptions, ads, and platform store features.
- We do not sell personal data.
- The App does not request precise location, contacts, health, camera, microphone, or photo library permissions for core use.
2. Information You Provide or Create
Local app data
- Shift records, job labels, notes, time entries, break records, wage settings, deduction settings, overtime settings, currency settings, reminder settings, widget settings, theme preferences, backups, and exported files.
- This data is primarily stored on your device. It is not automatically sent to us as a hosted user account database.
- If you share an export, backup, screenshot, or support details with us or another destination, that destination may receive the data you choose to send.
Support communications
- If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, message content, attachments, and technical details you choose to include.
3. Information Processed Automatically
Analytics and app diagnostics
- Firebase Analytics may process app events, app instance identifiers, device and operating system information, app version, language, region, feature usage, and crash or diagnostic-related signals where available.
- Firebase Remote Config may process app instance and device information needed to deliver runtime configuration values.
Purchases and subscriptions
- RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play may process app user identifiers, purchase receipts, product identifiers, entitlement status, subscription status, transaction metadata, and store account-related purchase signals.
Advertising
- Advertising services used by the App, such as Google Mobile Ads and Meta Audience Network where configured, may process device information, advertising identifiers where permitted, consent signals, ad impressions, ad interactions, approximate network-derived information, and fraud-prevention signals.
- Where required, advertising identifier access or cross-app tracking is subject to platform permission prompts, consent settings, or operating system controls.
4. How Information Is Used
- Run core shift-tracking, payroll-estimate, export, reminder, widget, backup, and settings features.
- Save preferences and keep the App reliable across sessions.
- Provide premium features, verify purchases, restore entitlements, manage subscriptions, and prevent purchase abuse.
- Measure feature usage, improve quality, diagnose problems, and decide which configuration values or notices to show.
- Display advertising where enabled and measure advertising performance, subject to platform rules and user consent settings.
- Respond to support requests and legal or compliance requests.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data.
Information may be processed or shared with:
- Firebase / Google services for analytics, remote configuration, diagnostics, and related infrastructure.
- RevenueCat for purchase entitlement, subscription, and restore flows.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for downloads, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, fraud prevention, and store account features.
- Advertising providers where ads are enabled in the App.
- Email and support tools when you contact us.
- Destinations you choose when exporting, backing up, or sharing files from the App.
- Authorities or other parties where required by law, legal process, safety, fraud prevention, or enforcement of our terms.
6. Tracking, Ads, and User Controls
- On iOS, Apple platform settings and App Tracking Transparency rules control access to tracking identifiers and cross-app tracking where applicable.
- On Android, Google Play services and Android settings may let you reset or limit advertising identifiers and ad personalization.
- You can change notification permissions in your device settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
7. Retention and Deletion
- Local app data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, clear app storage, delete local backups, or uninstall the App.
- Exported files remain wherever you save or share them until you delete them from that location.
- Support emails are retained as long as needed to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- Third-party services retain data according to their own policies and legal obligations.

8. Children
The App is not directed to children and is intended for general productivity use by people who track their own work time. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
9. International Processing
Service providers used by the App may process information in the United States and other countries. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by or for the App. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you are responsible for securing your device, backups, store account, and exported files.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
