How to request deletion
Send your request to:
Suggested subject: Data deletion request - Ultimate Work Hours Tracker
What to include
- App name and platform (Android/iOS).
- Approximate date of use/purchase.
- RevenueCat App User ID (if available).
- Google Play order ID / Apple transaction reference (if applicable).
Data we can delete
- Support emails/records you sent to us.
- RevenueCat customer/subscription metadata linked to your identifiers (subject to provider capabilities).
- Firebase Analytics-related app usage data linked to request identifiers (subject to provider capabilities).
- Optional location geofence job settings stored on device can be removed in-app or by clearing app storage.
Data you can delete directly
- Delete or edit shifts inside the app.
- Clear app storage on your device.
- Uninstall the app.
- Delete exported files from where you saved/shared them.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained for legal, security, anti-fraud, tax, accounting, or billing reasons, or where retention is controlled by app store/platform providers.
Timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete processing within 30 days where feasible.
